Name your day your lovely routine

Fill it with the things you want to achieve. Start small. Do not bite more than you can chew.

Make discipline your best friend, the one you love to hate. You will need discipline to leave the bed in the morning and do your 30-minute work out. Discipline is also what you will need to switch off your phone and write your words for an hour. To cook a healthy meal. To find time for self-care.

“Without discipline, there is no life at all.”

- Katharine Hepburn

Discipline to your routine will lead you to change. You learnt that language because you made the time to study and you showed up. You wrote that story because you put some words in every day. You ran that marathon because you ran many 5k before that. You learnt about the evolution of languages because you read books before your bed time.

You are changing, constantly moving forward. You are not held back. Discipline is freedom.
